    Airbnb Cleaning Between Guest Stays

A short gap between reservations can make turnover planning feel tight. Tell Proven Home Cleaning when the property is available, how the team can enter, and which tasks you want discussed.

Every short-term rental has its own setup and guest expectations. Sharing the property details and current condition can help define a cleaning request that reflects your space.

    Plan Around Reservation Timing

Checkout and check-in times shape the window available for cleaning. Share the expected schedule and let the team know if maintenance, deliveries, or other visits could overlap.

Reservation times can change, sometimes with little notice. If the schedule shifts, provide an update so the appointment details can be reviewed.

    Build a Property-Specific Checklist

List the rooms guests use and the cleaning tasks you want covered between stays. Note any details that are unique to the rental, such as how spaces should be left or which items must remain in place.

A written checklist can make repeated turnover instructions easier to communicate. Keep cleaning requests separate from other hosting duties when reviewing the scope.

    Identify Supplies and Restricted Areas

    Identify Supplies and Restricted Areas

Tell the team where cleaning supplies or linens are stored if those details matter to the visit. Mark owner closets, locked cabinets, and belongings that should not be disturbed.

If laundry, dishes, or restocking are part of your expectations, ask about them directly. Confirm which tasks are included before relying on them for the next guest arrival.

    Confirm the Guest-Ready Scope

Review the agreed checklist and make sure it reflects the rooms and tasks you expect. Ask questions about anything that is missing or unclear before scheduling.

Keeping instructions current can help make turnover planning more predictable. Share changes to access, property setup, or guest timing as soon as you know about them.
