Floors, counters, and other surfaces may be easier to reach before furniture and boxes are brought inside. Share how long the property will remain accessible and whether the move schedule is firm.

    Describe the Home’s Condition

The home may be vacant, recently repaired, or still showing signs of its previous use. Point out visible concerns and any rooms you want the team to discuss.

There may be more tasks you want completed than the available time allows. Identify the rooms and details that matter most before agreeing on the work.

You might want the kitchen ready for unpacking first, or prefer to focus on bathrooms and floors. A short priority list gives the visit a clear direction.

    Confirm the Scope Before Move-In

Review the agreed task list before scheduling so you understand what is included. Ask about any specific item that is important to have addressed.

Proven Home Cleaning aims to make the experience dependable from scheduling through completion. Keeping access details and priorities current can help the plan stay aligned.
